The Blonde looked at her with anguish in her eyes, “You can’t be serious?!” She exclaimed
Rose chuckled a bit and nodded.
“So what do you think I should choose?” She asked.
“I’m not sure. Being a demon means you live a long time. Being a reaper means you live until you commit suicide or are killed by another reaper.”
“M-may I-I ask wh-what Monty is?” She asked her sister as they walked
“He’s a demon,” she answered.
She nodded and looked over her sister up and down. She sighed. “I think I’ve made a decision” she said after several quiet moments
Rose smiled a bit. “Let’s hear it.”
She nodded no. “I’ll wait till we are inside. With everyone else” she said and hugged Rose before they moved back into the house. She found her way back into the room where everyone seemed to be sitting and talking
Conquest looked up and smiled at her.
Jackie gave a faint smile and took to standing behind her chair holding onto the back of if. She looked at her grandfather. “I’ve chosen to become a demon.” She said strongly.
A lot of the family members smiled.
The blonde looked at Monty and smiled shyly then to Rose. Then around the room. “So what next?” She asked. Softly
“We’ll see you tomorrow morning. What happens will shock you.”
Jackie raised an eye brow. “Tomorrow?” She asked him. Then nodded, “I suppose I’ll find out.” She said softly.
He nodded before letting everyone leave.
Jackie turned and started to leave after everyone had left and followed back into Monty’s home.
Rose went to the living room and crashed to the couch.
Jackie found Monty and looked at him. Brushing her hair behind her ear as their eyes met. “Monty? So how long have you know about this whole thing?” She asked him. Walking near him she pressed her forehead to his chest.
“I learned about it last week. I didn’t know their intentions were serious this time.”
“Serious? What do you mean?” She asked. Taking his hands into her own
