Marshall took a sip of his drink and placed it to the side awhile as he spread out the sheets of paper.
He was pretty much happier that he got higher than he expected. It made him feel smarter… now that he used his full potential of course.

He pulled a pencil from his bag and then handed it to her.
“Would you mind writing out some problems while i study the journal? Then I’ll hand it back to you and then I’ll see how much I know… and then have you grade it again?” He asked as he propped the journal on to his lap.

She nods and smiles, knocking back her drink. “Sounds perfect to me. Just study some more of chapters 4, and 5 since those were what you still need to work on” she said.

She took a blank journal and started to write in it. Knowing the equations and example styles perfect for him to work on. She diligently started to write.
Silence filled her head as she wrote everything out.

Occasionally she glanced up and admired his appearance almost. Appreciating his work and concentration as he continued his studying from the journal.

He concentrated hard on his journey pursing his lips as he waited for her to finish off writing the problems.

As she started to finish she set the paper in front of him. “Okay, are you ready to get started?” She asked him.
She kept her hand out for when he was ready to hand over the journal to him.

He handed her the journal and picked up his pencil.
“I’m ready to go.”

Jinx nodded and took the journal. When she set it down she took her sketch book she opened it to a new page and curled up on the couch. She started to sketch. Peering up occasionally to check him. And she started to sketch him. She used the opportunity to make a new sketch. Giving a soft smile as she drew out a basic shaoe

Marshall struggled with a few problems but got most of them down.
He paused and then sighed in frustration but continued working nonetheless.
He didnt notice her drawing him or even drawing at all.

She would see him groan in frustration and sigh. “What’s the problem? Do you have any questions?” She asked him. Trying to be calm ass he tried to do his work.

He shook his head refusing her help and continued to work on his own.
He was determined to do things on his own and make it this time

She shrugged and nodded, “okay, well let me know when you’re done” she said softly and continued to sketch. Her eye had started to swell along with her cheek it turning somewhat purple. She winced for a moment. Her face throbbing as she continued to sketch in silence.

He finished and slid the paper to her.
“I’m done.” He said and then looked at her shaking his head at her swelling

She took the paper and smiled, looking over each problem and answer diligently and closely. She made marks on each question.

When she had finished she wrote down the score and handed it to him. He had gotten a 99% compared to the C he had earlier.

She played with him. Through the first entire tournament they went back and forth. Managing to hit him or knock him off the track.

Monty hit her with several in game bombs.

She jumped and wiggled as he raced her. As they continued she started to use her tail to bump his hands. She smirked and gave a laugh. Trying to mess him up

He continued until they were close to the finish line. He used his tail to cover her eyes and make her lose.

She gasped and struggled as he covered her vision. “YOURE A CHEATER!” She exclaimed. As he won she struggled. “You’re such a cheat!” She said and used her own tail to cover his mouth.

He lightly yanked her tail.

She jumped, “ouch! You jerk!” She yelped and moved to where she say on his lap. Facing him. Still sitting cross cross. She hiffed

He smirked before kissing her deeply.
