The Blonde looked at her with anguish in her eyes, “You can’t be serious?!” She exclaimed

He sat silently.

She looked at him and twiddled her fingers. “I’m sorry, I must seem silly?” She spoke softly. “Being nervous about all this…..” She continued

“I can tell your nervous, but you’ll be fine. What about the ritual are you worried about?”

“All of it I suppose” she said. “I mean I have no knowledge of what is to happen. J-just, all of th-this news happened s-so quickly. You know?” She said.

He nodded.

She covered her face. “I should probably get dressed huh? I have a to get ready I suppose?” She asked softly.

“Yeah,” he said.

She groaned and sat up. She looked at the floor. And she slipped off the bed to look for her shirt. After finding her loose t-shirt she put that and her socks on. “I suppose after this I’ll need to get my stuff right?” She said referring to her moving in with him. She had a small smile.

She smiled and kissed her cheek before saying yes.

She smiled and cupped his face. She kissed him deeply but delicately. Before she pulled away and walked out to see Rose, “I’m ready sis” she said simply

Rose pulled her key out and took them to the fancy room, which was now cleared accept for a magic circle in the center.

As Jackie walked in she looked at the circle. Nervous, but she felt ready. She looked around to see who all had joined into the room

Every family member was in the room and against the walls to watch. Rose led Jackie to the magic circle before heading to a built in bookcase. She grabbed three books and an artifact that was inscribed with different symbols. Rose walked back to the circle and placed everything at a fifth of the distance around the circle.

Jackie stood in the middle of the circle seeing all their family stare at her.
She watched as Rose placed items around the circle. She looked around. Not sure what to even say.

She looked with a raised brow, “blood magic?” She asked.

“You’ll learn about it later.

She sighed and nodded, “I suppose your right” she said softly

She nodded.

Jackie soon stood up and quietly went back into Monty’s bedroom. She flopped on the bed onto her stomach. Folding her arms under her chin. She lay in her low waisted jeans and bra. Her thoughts circulating through her head.

Monty soon came back with breakfast.

As she laid on the bed she could smell breakfast. And sighed wanting to eat but feeling all at once turned away from eating.

He stepped into the room and sat at the end of the bed close to Jackie. “Do you feel like eating?”

She sighed, “I don’t know. But I’ll try I suppose” she said and sat on her knees. Looked at him and gave a saddened expression on her face. She gently took the plate from his hands and looked at the contents of it

The plate contained an omelet and bacon.

She smiled at him faintly. And took a bite of the omelette. It really was amazing. She looked up at him, “I love it babe, it tastes amazing” she said sweetly.

She grinned. “Thank you.”

She smiled back. As she made it almost half way through she set down the plate. “Thank you for the food. I don’t think I can eat anymore though. She said with a sigh. The ritual had her in a tizzy. She wanted to eat. But her hunger also just left her. She frowned

He nodded and finished the meal off himself.

Jackie sighed as she watched him finish the food, she flopped back onto the bed and looked at the ceiling.
