He nodded.
“Okay. Be safe”“Could you maybe drive me home though? I’m sorry to bother you by asking.” She said softly. “I did want to go but my dad needs me.” She added and looked down, frowning.
He nods.
“Sure”She kept her head down as he said okay to driving her and then she waited for him to lead her the way to his car. He really was nice nicer then most when he wasn’t acting stupid. And she thought of this as she waited on him and had a smile appear out of the corner of her mouth.
He hesitantly drove her home
He seemed a little reluctant to let her go home but he also didn’t seem to make a deal out of it though. And she sighed, “is everything okay? You were happy until I asked you to take me home. What’s wrong? Was I bothering you? You didn’t have to drive me home” she said her eyes looking in panic and worry.
“Just bummed we can’t hang out”
“We can hangout tomorrow okay! I promise!” She said sweetly and shyly and looked at her lap “I promise!” She said in a whisper.
“Okay”
She sighed as he seemed uninterested in her talking she could see her house in sight and breathed in deeply. “Are you upset at me?” She asked him softly. Before she unbuckled her seat.
