He watched her silently and then walked towards the night table and pulled out the remote to turn on the t.v.
“I’ll be back quickly.” He said and tossed her the remote.
“Watch anything you want, I’m going to order the food.”She caught the remote and nodded, “will and can do!!” She said sweetly and turned on the tv she moved so she laid on her stomach as she flipped through the channels.
Her red hair vibrant and falling onto her back and bed. She kicked her legs behind her.He returned moments later with a few drinks and placed them on the floor.
He sat next to her on the bed and watched her as she flipped through the channels.She hummed softly as she flipped through channels unaware that he was watching her. She finally managed to find a movie and smiled. Looking at the tv, “I love this movie. It’s called Halloween” she said sweetly
He kicked off his shoes and curled his legs on to the bed and bit his thumb nail and nodded.
“Awesome… I think I’ve seen it.” He said. “Food should be here in about 45 minutes.”She nodded and kicked off her own shoes. “Sounds good I’m starving haven’t really eaten a lot” she said softly with a shy laugh. She smiled at him, “good to know you’ve seen it. Because you’d be fired if you didn’t” she said teasingly!
He chuckled and then continued to watch the screen he let her words ring in his head for a moment. He wanted to ask her but he decided against it in fear of her being uncomfortable and wanting to leave.
She rolled some and tried to casually lean on him. She smiled and watched movie while next to him. Then looked over at him from the corner of her side. She felt comfort being next to him.
