Dalton look at her, she was tied to a chair. “Well I don’t really have a good reason to let you go now, do I?” He asked. His eyes looked over the woman before him.

She shook her head. “They died a long time ago. Ever since then, I’ve been traveling on my own.” She confessed.

He reached a hand out and placed it on her forearm, “I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t really talk to my parents anymore. They don’t approve of me.” He stated.

“How come?” She asked him, still looking over at him with a sad glance.

He shrugged, “I was not really expected. I was an accident and always treated like one” He said to her and pulled his hand back before continuing to eat

He gave a breathy laugh at her sweet comment, “thank you” he spoke in a whisper

“Oh, I’ve never really introduced myself yet. I’m Aurora.” She said her name with a small smile before she began to eat her food again.

He smiled having finished his food. “Pretty name. I’m Dalton…Dalton Walus” he replied back.

“Nice to meet you, Dalton. You have a really nice name.” She said, smiling after finishing her food.

He scratched the back of his head nervously at her comment. “Thank you….oh did you want anything else?” He asked looking at their empty plates
