Dalton look at her, she was tied to a chair. “Well I don’t really have a good reason to let you go now, do I?” He asked. His eyes looked over the woman before him.
“Oh, nothing.” She turned away quickly, blushing nervously.
He tipped his head some. He wasn’t sure what that was about but he tried to shrug it off. He suddenly spotted this shop called Rocket Fizz, he knew of one where he was from it was a candy and soda shop. With hundreds of different sodas and tons of candy, they were especially popular cause of their taffy. He pointed to it, “If you like candy at all that place has plenty of it.”
“Oh, I love candy.” She smiled brightly, allowing Dalton to lead the way into the candy shop.
He held the door open and waited for Aurora to enter before closing it. As you walked in the shop just smelt of a sweetness. There were hundreds of glass soda bottles lining shelves and in fridges of different flavors any flavor you could imagine. And against the wall to the left was a large selection of salt water taffy in 60 different flavors. With bags to use for filling. And even more candy dispersed and set amongst the chaos of colors and sweet.
Aurora grinned brightly at all of the candy around them. Staring at them like a little children on Christmas morning.
He smiled at her excitement. It was a lightening moment for him.
She went over to the first set of candy, wanting to try a piece but was hesitated about it since she wasn’t sure they allowed samples to try.
The man waved for her to go ahead. And Dalton slipped a $5 bill for a tip and wandered up next to her, “So how is it?” He asked her
Aurora put the taffy into her mouth to taste it before smiling. “It’s really good.”
He chuckled, “well if you want some here’s the bag you fill with whatever candy you want” he said as he handed her one.
