The boy was once again swarmed but a whole bunch of fairies, each one wanting to say their goodbyes to the frosty boy. He laughed, accepting their love happily, not realizing how close Tooth really was.
Jack smiled, his heart hammering. He couldn’t believe she said yes! “O-ok! When? I mean… I can go any time! No schedule. B-but… what about you?” He asked
“How about tomorrow? I can clear my evening or afternoon….whichever works” she said and flew nearer to him. “I’m sure the fairies can handle the teeth and children for a little bit” she said and babytooth saluted to Tooth signaling she had it covered. Tooth smiled, “oh thank you baby tooth.” She said and kissed her head briefly.
“Y-yeah! Tomorrow! Evening would work better. Remember where Jamie lives? The pond we beat Pitch on? Meet me there. And don’t worry about Pitch. He’s been good!” He smiled. “I’ve gotta go now! I’ll see you tommorrow!” He said, then smiled and zipped off. He had to find ice skates for her and he wanted to use lights to wrap around the tees to give them light and make it more romantic.
With that all said Jack was off in his usual hurry. It was so interesting that he asked her to ice skate. He was wanting to spend time with her. She’d never gotten to before, not in this lifetime anyways. Jack always made it look so fun and easy. Her heart fluttered in excitement at the idea of spending time with Jack. She always thought he was good looking and charming. He had his faults but overall she did like him. She thought. Maybe he was interested? She asked herself as she started to hurry back into her work in hopes to keep herself busy till tomorrow.
