BB was in the form of a fox on a ship, that was heading for Arrendelle. He was tolerated by the crew since he was not a threat to them.

Elsa had been requested to come to the docks and look at all the inventory from a new trade partner’s ship. She agreed to it. Wanting to make sure the supplies they’d received were what she’d signed for. As she approached the dock she looked at the ship. She had her ambassador at her side with his list in hand to check off all the shipment items.

“Uh no… This is the result of a cure for a disease called Sakutia.” He replied quietly.

“We don’t have that disease here.” She mumbled. Looking at him. “Well beast boy, do you have any home here? Or people to stay with?” She asked him.

“Nope. I was thinking of getting one though.” He said.

“We don’t have many open homes. But while you look I invite you to stay in my home. It’s just me and my sister and the staff that live there.” She explained and pointed to the large building being her home

“Oh cool thanks. But wait where are your parents? If I may ask.” He said raising an eyebrow.

Elsa paused as he asked that question. Her eyes darted around some on the ground and she breathed sharply. “Um….they were going to my Cousin’s wedding…..” she said simply. “They never made it” She said softly. And then continued to walk on.

“Oh an orphan huh? Me too.” He said as he followed her.

She looked at him from the side. “Really? How? I’m sorry….not my place to ask. I’m sorry about your loss” she said simply as they walked side by side

“Boating accident. They fell over a waterfall.” He said shortly. “I’m sorry for your loss too.”

She nodded in recognition of his statement. Then breathed out and looked at him, “so would you accept my offer?” She asked him

“I will.” He said smiling politely at her. “Thank you.”

She nodded and waved for him to follow her through the open cobblestone courtyard which held fours fountains symmetrically spaced out. And once passed those she walked the steps up to the front door. Where guards opened them without pause.

He followed her keeping pace with her, looking around at the grandness of the castle.

“So what do you like to do?” She asked him as she walked him down a hall.

“Hmm well I like to swim, read, go for walks, and pet animals.” A fennec fox poked its head out from his pack.

The doors had begun to close to the inside of the castle. Elsa was careful to watch him as he spoke. “I don’t think I’ve been swimming in ages” she said thinking about it.

“Oh really? Perhaps we could go swimming sometime?” He said half joking.

“Hmmm maybe I could be convinced.” She joked. She then looked at him, “what can you shift into by the way? Is it any animal or is it only certain ones?” She asked him

“Its any animal that I have seen before in some form or medium.” He replied.

“How interesting. And what’s it like to be able to fly or swim endlessly? I’m assuming you can” She said with excitement and intrigue flickering in her eye

He nodded a bit embarrassed by the light in her eyes. “Its pretty fun. But no creature can fly endlessly nor can they swim endlessly because they have to conserve energy. It makes you see the world in a different light. Like a normal person might see a heavy weight boxer as a tough opponent. I see them as weak.”

Elsa nodded taking in his words. “And what about me?” She asked him. Her gaze a little more serious but still curious. “Do you see me as weak?”

“No. I see you as a strong woman. Any woman who is Queen has to be strong.” He said. He meant mentally not physical.

She nodded, “Well thank you” She said. Soon she showed him to his room. “You’ll stay in this room. Hopefully you won’t mind it too much” she said to him

“I like it thanks.” He said looking around inside it. His fennec fox also wandered around.

Elsa saw the fox, “A fiend of yours?” She asked him.

“My pet. Her name is Maia.” He smiling. Maia trotted over and nuzzled her owner.

Elsa watched with a small smile on her face. “She really loves you hmmm?” She asked
