A merchant ship docks in the Arrendalle port. The ports were full of merchants…and people seeking the creatures rumored to recently inhabit the mountains. Many have gone missing.

One of the passengers exits the ship wearing a simple traveler’s garb and inly a calvary saber on his side. His bag seems to be the heaviest part about him. If one were to go through it, they’d find weapons and armor that makes Arrendale’s seem cheap.

He enters the city, lighting a cigarette.

Elsa nodded. “I don’t know if we even have anything that could tell us what he looks like….” she said solemnly. She could feel the worry reaching and rooting within her thoughts. She hardly even noticed him loading the gun. But when she did she placed her hands on his. “Shouldn’t we have more of a plan?!” She asked him. Concern quite obvious in her expression.

“Plan A: Put a bullet through the bastard who fucked with my gi-“ He stops and blushes. He looks at Elsa.

She raised her brows and her eyes widened. Her eyes connect with his. “With your who?” She asked her pale cheeks now almost a bright red. Her hands still on his and his gun. “Uh…. heh…. I think… um…..” she had nothing. She’d completely lost her train of thoughts. What was happening. This man shows up and within not even a day they’ve been attacked and he’s saved her life. And now….. her over thinking and flushed expression triggered a frost to escape her hands and begin to cover Crispin’s

Crispin smiled, “You…you okay?” This was NOT covered in basic training.

She looked and noticed the frost and she pulled her hands away and stood up straight. Her heart beat quickly. What is going on with me? “Uh….I’m fine!” She said in a delayed response.

Crispin turns Elsa around…and kisses her lips quickly. He backs up and accepts the fate of him becoming an ice sculpture. Better charge admission.

She was wide eyed as he kissed her. It was so warm. So sudden. She looked at him a bit stunned. But she didn’t get upset or angry. She stepped closer. She brought one hand to his cheek. And she leaned in. Kissing him just a bit longer then what he’d done. She sank into the kiss. But after a quiet moment she pulled back and her eyes fluttered open.

Crispin smiled, “You ready to find this asshole and rid Arrendelle of Grimm?”

She blushed deep red. She pulled back awkwardly and nodded. “If it means protecting those I love and protect them yes. We need to protect the north or there will be nowhere to run” she said and stepped back. “But we need rest first” She said softly. It was only 1 am now

“Would you like me to remain outside your chambers? No telling who saw our fight with the Nevermore.”

She nodded, “You need rest too. I’ll be fine.” She said to him. She gave a small smile. “We can work on more in dept planning in the morning” she added.

He nodded, giving her one last kiss. “Shall I escort you, Your Grace?” He offers his arm.

She felt his lips again. She kissed back and when she breathed out her breath was cold. She pushed that aside and looked at him. She smiled softly and nodded. “Why thank you sir” she said in a more semi serious voice. She took his arm. “You know you’re still shirtless right?” She asked.

He looks down and throws on his torso armor and grabs his STG and pistol. “Shall we?”

She watches him cover himself up and then arm himself. She wanted to think that was unnecessary but understood now it wasn’t quite like that. When he spoke she nodded and enterlaced her arm with his.

They enter the hallway and Crispin smiles at Elsa. He stops at her room, “Door’s open.”

She smiles back and then looks down at the floor some in embarrassment some as they walked to her quarters. When he suddenly stops she looked up. Her door wasn’t even cracked open the double doors were wide open and her room was pitch black. She felt her stomach sink. “What is going on…..” she mumbled and tried to peer closer into her room. Stepping carefully.
