Eventually, Anna becomes taller than Elsa. I’m not talking towering over her, I mean like literally a centimeter or two, by the time she reaches the age of 21. It’s so negligible, no one else can see it.
But she knows.
Elsa knows.
And Anna will never let her forget it.
I thought they were exactly the same height?? but yeah headcanon accepted haha
Elsa usually looks just a little taller? Even in flats at her coronation, she looks taller to me. But I may be imagining it.
…And then she goes and does crazy-bangs making waves and it’s impossible to tell anymore (…and maybe that’s just to make herself look taller than Anna).

Elsa’s hair makes it better to use the shoulder height. Her right shoulder is natural, although her left one is raised a bit as she gestures. Elsa is still in her ice heels, and Anna is wearing boots with heels:
So I think it is clear that Elsa is at least an inch, maybe two, taller than Anna.

standing still -and- in more or less the same pose. Also,what kind of boots is anna wearing?

In Frozen Fever, Anna is in flats and Elsa is in heels. In OFA, Anna is wearing heeled boots similar to the ones she had on the quest in the original movie and Elsa is in heels.
I say the evidence is overwhelming that Elsa is taller than Anna!
