A merchant ship docks in the Arrendalle port. The ports were full of merchants…and people seeking the creatures rumored to recently inhabit the mountains. Many have gone missing.
One of the passengers exits the ship wearing a simple traveler’s garb and inly a calvary saber on his side. His bag seems to be the heaviest part about him. If one were to go through it, they’d find weapons and armor that makes Arrendale’s seem cheap.
He enters the city, lighting a cigarette.
She looked up from her book, “I think that’d be a great idea…we can have the staff get it together and all that. Or maybe we can do it together?” she asked with a smile. “How’s the paint situation by the way?” She asked him.
“Paint is cleaned up. Turned out it was watercolors.” Crispin sighs and nearly hgoes for his cigarettes. “I’m, uh, going to go a walk.”
She breathed out in relief. Then noticed his flinch of movement. “Dont go getting into any trouble or killing anyone” She spoke.
He nodded…going a ways away behind some high hedges to have a cigarette. He sighs in relief.
Elsa had a guess what he was up to and went to as soon as he was far enough away. And when she got close enough and spotted the smoke from the other side of a hedge. She looks through the hedge and spots it and freezes it. She was serious about him quitting but it was a bit entertaining to watch him squirm every time she intervened.
“DAMMIT, WOMAN! I’ll use chew next!” He pouted. He did want to quit but the horrors were stated by the smoke.
“NO CHEW! We will figure out another alternative…..” she said to him. And walked around the hedge to see him face to face. “I know it helps calm you down….but it’ll kill you for sure” she said to him. “Will you tell me about your past?” She asked. Looking up at him.
Crispin nodded. “I’ll tell you what I can. Where do I start? Hm? The beginning of my service or the true beginning?”
“The true beginning……we are gonna be married I want to know my husband to be” She said to him. She put her hands hand in his.
“Oh, boy. We’re gonna need some tequila. And you to promise not to freeze my cigarettes.”
“Tequila I can promise but cigarettes I can’t promise not to…..but I can promise to try not to!” She said to him.
“How about if I promise kinkier fun after I give you this week’s part of my past? Maybe tie you up and do as I please and where the kingdom can see their heirs being made?”
“You wouldn’t risk that” she said to him. It did sound like a challenge. “We couldn’t be in public for things like that people would see us” the queen responded.
“Oh?” Crispin swooped her off her feet and to the ground with Crispin on top. “You sure?”
She went pink in the face. He’d moved her to the ground so suddenly. “Y-you’re just trying to get me out of taking your cigarettes!” She retorted.
