Diana arrived to the charity party that she was asked to go to by her employer on his behalf. She didn’t mind since it got her a chance to go out to meet the new owner who is in charge of the party. She didn’t know much about the owner, except she is related to the former owners who passed away. Reminded her a lot of Bruce.
She walks in and begins looking around for the owner. Unsure what she looks like, but still wanted to still try. “Perhaps she is not here yet. That may be it,” she figured as she talked to herself while heading to get a drink.
Elsa Arendelle of Arendelle Cooling Tech. She was the reigning CEO of what was once her parents company. And after a year to get the company under control and running it like it was a breeze she was finally debuting herself, and her company in its official first Charity ball since her parents died. She’d spent days working out every detail from food to the music, guest list, and more. She was just finishing getting ready and went into the elevator to take her down to the main floor of the Company building to join the party now in full swing.
As the ding of the elevator went off Elsa exited and walked to the look over balcony above the main entrance room where everyone stood.
Diana sees everyone turning their attention to the elevator and see the host arriving. There is an introduction and everyone welcomes the owner with applause. Diana applause as well as she got closer to see what the owner looks like. She looked a lot different than many of her co-workers said she would, but she didn’t mind.
She sees much of the guests approaching her, speaking with her, and some even offering a partnership with her. This is a charity event and yet there are those who are thinking of themselves when they come here.
Elsa walks her way down the stairs and greets people. But as those come up to her with the requests of partnerships, she nods and hesitantly smiles at them. She worked her way through the crowd. A man grabbed her wrist at one point and she turned to him and he spoke to her about some deal she pulled her hand back, “Sir…..I am afraid I’m not talking about deals with anyone tonight being as it is a charity ball. I invited you and I can have you taken out of the building” she spoke her tone quite regal.
Diana noticed a lot of the guests going up to her. Even one grabbing her by the wrist. She walks over and grabs the man’s arm. Then puts some pressure on it to force him to let go.
“It’s not polite to grab a woman like that, especially the one who is the host,” she replied before pushing the man’s arm to his chest and motions for the woman to follow her. “I hope you are all right.”
Elsa without question decided to follow the strange women and nodded, “I’m fine just not used to public party atmospheres I suppose” she said and looked at the woman. Finding her surprisingly taller then herself. “I suppose hi hfigured out I’m Ms. Arendelle. But who are you?” She asked her.
Diana sees they are away from the people and hears her introducing herself to her. “I am Diana Prince and it is nice to meet you Ms. Arendelle. I take it this is your first time hosting a public party like this?”
“Spent many years hiding behind a corporate office desk or my bedroom…..plenty of alone time…..” she mumbled the last part. “I’m still new to the whole CEO of a company.
