My-Many-Muse-Rp-Blog (The Experiment) Jinx was on the run. The evening was dark and quiet. The city was mostly asleep by now. Her head pounded and her heart was racing, there was a black car stalking her as she laced through the city alleyways. Her bright red hair was damp. The women managed to slip into an alleyway the car couldn’t follow. She ran down it finding a ladder just seemingly out of reach leading up the side of a building. She jumped and caught it and began climbing up the ladder.
Ivan was making dinner for himself when he heard noise coming from the fire escape outside his window. He opens the window and his eyes go wide when he sees a girl climbing towards him. He was frozen in shock.
She looked up at him when she steps in front of him. “Feeling caged? That’s how I felt in those labs or when they strapped me to the bed or they locked me in complete darkness…..” she spoke, “you and your home aren’t those things. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to stumble upon me.” She spoke up to him. She was looking him over curiously.
Ivan blushes a tad and smiles. “Thank you. You’re very kind.” He looks down at his feet, still smiling. “I’m sorry if I seem like I’m acting weird. I’ve never had a pretty girl in my home before. It’s strange but not bad strange. It’s just different. You’re difficult. And I sometimes don’t know what to do with myself.” He rambles a bit.
“You’re not being weird I think….” she spoke. She looked away when he mentioned she was difficult, “I don’t mean to be difficult. I’m sorry” she apologized. The intent behind his words going over her head. She looked down and rubbed her arm where the wounds were from the night she’d arrived.
“Don’t say dat. You don’t have to be sorry. You are so precious.” He puts his hands on her shoulders. “Just… let’s go to bed. I’ll hold you so you won’t have nightmares. Okay?”
She was surprised by his forward statement and him grabbing her shoulders. “Okay…..that would be nice” she spoke and she pulled back and walked to her side of the bed and slid into it. She laid down and looked up at him. “You know I’ve never slept in a bed this comfy. I didn’t know they could be so soft and warm.” She spoke and waited for him. “Thank you for staying in here with me….” she softly spoke.
