My-Many-Muse-Rp-Blog (The Experiment) Jinx was on the run. The evening was dark and quiet. The city was mostly asleep by now. Her head pounded and her heart was racing, there was a black car stalking her as she laced through the city alleyways. Her bright red hair was damp. The women managed to slip into an alleyway the car couldn’t follow. She ran down it finding a ladder just seemingly out of reach leading up the side of a building. She jumped and caught it and began climbing up the ladder.
Ivan was making dinner for himself when he heard noise coming from the fire escape outside his window. He opens the window and his eyes go wide when he sees a girl climbing towards him. He was frozen in shock.
It was another few long minutes as she finished her hair. keeping it out of the way of her face and it looked pretty. She loved the woman who’d taught her how to do these braids and she missed her.
She looked in the mirror once more and felt her vision go a little fuzzy. She gripped the counter and breathed out. Suddenly finding herself looking in a similar mirror only younger. only for a moment then she seemed to snap back to present time where she was back with Ivan. “Weird” she spoke before she shook it off and went to exit the restroom.
Ivan puts the plates on the bar top with glasses of milk. “Do you like milk chocolate or dark chocolate.” He asks when he sees Jinx.
She raised a brow at the question. “What is chocolate?” She asked him as she walked to one of the chairs and sat down.
He chuckles. “Um.” He makes a handful of both types. “How about you try dhem and tell me which one you like more.” He says with a smile.
She smiles and nods, going to a bar stool and taking a seat on it. She looked t the pancakes. “They look weird. A good weird” She spoke. And took a bite from each she did really like the milk chocolate most of all. The dark made her face almost twist from its bitterness.
“Alright a milk chocolate eggo sandwich for you and a dark one for me.” He says with a smile as he finishes up breakfast.
She hurries through her breakfast and when she finished she took her plate to the sink. And looked at him. “So now can we go?” She asked curiously
He laughs a little. “Do you have everything? Did you brush your teeth?” He asks teasingly as he puts on his shoes.
She rolled her eyes, “I’m not a child Ivan.” She retorted back to him. As she slipped into flats. “Is there a way I’ll be able to get more clothes? I noticed you changed clothes and I know people usually have more then one things. They’d never let me have more then the gown and the bra and shorts that you found me in.” She spoke.
He nods. “Of course. We’ll get you some dresses and shirts and maybe even some real pjs.” He smiles brightly as he opens the door for her.
“Ooooo jeans too? The lab woman always came in in jeans they always looked cool” she spoke and she walked out of the apartment. She stood in the hall and waited for him to join her.
Ivan nods. “We can get whatever you’d like.” He smiles. “Whatever makes you happy.”
The red ahead began to walk. “Are we walking or taking the bike Ivan?” She asked him and stretched her arms out before herself.
“We walk. It’s not dat far. I promise.” He smiles as he licks the apartment and starts down the stairs.
She gets excited as they walk outside and she feels the sun on her skin. She looks to Ivan, “lead the way” she spoke.
He gently takes her hand and leads her down the street. “How about we walk dhe Park, shop, and dhen eat lunch? How does dat sound?”
“Ooo I think I’d like that” she spoke. She was surprised at him taking her hand but she let herself try to relax into it. Eventually holding his hand back in return as they walked down the street. Many people were walking passed them and Jinx hadn’t been around so many people at once. For some reason it made her draw closer and stay closer to Ivan.
Ivan blushes a little as she moves closer to him. He clears his thought when they get to the parks entrance. “Um, dis is dhe Park.” He says awkwardly as they start on the walking trail.
She looks in awe at the entrance. “I didn’t know the world could be so green…..” she remarked and followed next to him onto the trail. She enjoyed outdoors she was happy to spend her day walking around like this. Especially with someone like Ivan who understands.
