A Simple Ritual to Bring Back Happiness

Greetings, witches! I recently been in contact with a lot of people who needed my help, and asked for specific spells or potions. Now I noticed most of them wanted to put an end to some sort of sorrow, wether it affected a loved one or themselves. Either way I always tried my best to create a ritual specific to their problem. But I’m realizing a lot of people could use a boost of happiness, now that everyone has returned to school and work and the stress kicked back in.
So here’s a ritual I tried to make as simple as possible, so it would be adequate to any kind of problem.

You will need:
• A quartz crystal • Clove or rose incense • A white candle • A piece of paper and a pen •

This ritual should be done at dawn, a few minutes before the sun rises. Start by lighting the incense, and the candle. Meditate for a few minutes, concentrating the peace that surrounds you. Breath slowly, close your eyes, and feel the candle’s soft light on your skin. Focus only on this tranquility and those peaceful thoughts. Now open your eyes, and write on the paper ALL the things that bring stress and sadness into your life. Say them out loud as you write them. Burn the paper, while saying the following spell:

“I now burn all that makes me sad
By the sacred light of fire
May all that bring sadness be gone
May it disappear
May it bring no fear
By the sacred strength of mine
May it bring sorrow no more
For I am stronger than ever”

Take a deep breath and as the sun rises, feel your happiness return again, bright and strong.
