James arrived to find Elsa, her sister, and Christoph already in the room. He decides not to bring up what happened earlier since he didn’t want to make things awkward. So, he entered the room and found a nearby seat. Unaware his seat would be near Elsa.
Luna entered the room next, but was coming in from the kitchen since she made dinner. She brought them some homemade pizza. A very long thin pizza that took her a while to make, but quickly cooked it thanks to her powers.
“I bring you all dinner, which is a veggie pizza. It took me a while to make this so i hope you like it,” said Luna as she sets the pizza on the table.
Elsa suddenly woke up and she sat up. She found Luna holding her shoulders and looking at her. “L-Luna…..wh-what’s wring what’s happening?” She asked her breath short and voice rasp. She blinked and let her eyes adjust and she blinked before breathing out and gathering her composure. “What’s wring?” She asked in a calmer tone.
“You were having a bad dream,” Luna replied as she explains what happened. “Looks like it was a bad one too. You want to talk about it?” she asked figuring talking about it will help unless she wants to risk going back to sleep and have the nightmare come back.
She could feel the dream already slipping from her memory as Luna spoke. She sighed and nodded no, “No I’m fine it doesn’t happen often. But…uh… what brings you here something wrong? What can I help with?” She asked Luna in a softer tone. Her eyes looking over the woman.
Luna though knew better though. She was troubled with what she saw and she knew it. “Its okay. Your not the only one who has nightmares…” she moves her hands up showing flames appearing around her hand. “When your the Rider you get plenty of those.”
She puts the flame out and turns to her. “I came here to ask you something, but instead I found you appearing to be troubled with a nightmare.”
“It’s already slipped from my memory…..but I must say I am sorry for you and the nightmares you bare.” She spoke before turning the attention to Luna’s question. “So what exactly is your question?” She asked Luna and gave a warm but small smile.
“Don’t be…” Luna begins smiling a little. “I accept this curse and I accept the suffering I bring to criminals,” Luna knew eventually the nightmare will return so she should stick around just in case. “Well, my question is…before you and James go on a date are you going to go see his mom?”
She asked more as a joke to lighten the mood and help her forget more what she dreamed about.
Elsa froze at the question. “Why would you ask that? It’s not my place I’m not with him. It wouldn’t work……” she spoke and laughed a little at her attempt to embarrass her more.
“Seriously though what was the question?” She asked again.
Luna giggled softly before patting the queen on the head. “I asked because if you two ever do get together, which it will work you both just need to try…then you should use your time in New York to meet his mom.”
She got up from the bed and stretched her arms. “Just wanted to check up on you so James won’t worry about anything bad happening to you. I’ll see you tomorrow Elsa and if you have any more nightmares you can always talk to me…or James who is not far from your room,” she said before taking off.
“I don’t think I’m really suited for a relationship. And I gave Anna the same lecture!…..” she spoke and heard Luna watching her begin to leave, “YOU CANT JUST RUSH INTO THINGS! ITS NOT SENSIBLE!” She tried to say in a louder voice as Luna left but mid statement she was already gone. The queen laid back into her bed turned off her bed side lights once more. And sighed out. Thankfully it didn’t take her long to fall back asleep. Though this time the nightmare stayed at bay. Leaving Elsa to sleep more peacefully.
The next day James is at the airport going over security before they took off in the private jet plane that Abigail send for them. He was told Luna was going to escort the others to bring them to the airport. All while Luna was given a last minute instructions of running the kingdom. Even about the laws and how to follow them.
Once they would leave then SHIELD would go pick up Electro and take him to the Raft. A highly-secured prison for superpowered criminals. It was originally made during the Sokovia Accords and where the team who worked with James’s father were locked up. Thankfully his dad broke them out and they escaped from prison.
Elsa had been stressing all day and making sure Luna knew everything she needed to know. EVERYTHING. Even the talking snowman who seemed very interested and attached to Her. “Now Olaf is sweet and he has good intentions. Do. Not. Melt. Him. Okay?” Elsa asked Luna.
Olaf smiles and hugged her leg he only came up to her mid thigh. “It’s okay Elsa we are gonna be best friends!” He said and looked up at the rider. Elsa thought for a moment, “okay….I told you about all the important laws and rules to follow…..the staff will help you out as well…..and…..mmmmm” She was mumbling while thinking over to make sure she got everything.
Luna groaned loudly when she heard this and was tempted to melt him. Its not that she didn’t hate the snowman its just…she doesn’t do well with goofy loving creatures that irritate her. Just him hugging her alone was causing her to almost melt him away, but she had to restrain herself and give a smile even if it was hurting her.
“I promise I will not do anything bad to him…” although she is considering sending him on a mission that should keep him out of her hair for a few days.
“I think you told me everything that is needed. I’ll be fine. Now, you all should get going. You don’t want to keep James waiting at the airport.”
Elsa sighed and nodded, “I know it’s hard getting used to him.” She commented before Luna. Cut her off and told her to get going. The queen sighed. She looked at the watch she wore and turned it to activate it. Changing appearance like the night before. “We will be back soon Olaf. Don’t pester Luna too much….” she said and Olaf suddenly ran to her and hugged her leg, “I won’t! I’ll miss you!!” He said and then pulled away.
Anna and Christoph had already left to the car. And Elsa finally made her way to it. as she slipped into the car her guards bowed to her briefly and she waved them off. The drive to the airport wasn’t long less then 20 min. Anna went on and on about her excitement and Elsa too spoke about getting to go to New York. It was nerve racking and exhilarating. As they got to the airport to a private hanger that the arendelle royalty used on any trips the car slowed to a stop.
