Hiccup felt braver with Astrid by his side, she somehow made him feel brave with her just being there with him. He faced the throng of people who were eager to see him and talk with him. They made their way to their seats close to the head of the table where Hiccup’s dad sat, he sat down  and saw Astrid being pulled away by her family, “Uh sure take your time!” he called out to her as he saw her rushed away, he smiled at her but to some degree he was a little anxious that she was now away from him.

Minutes passed they were seemingly long but exciting. Catching up with her parents. They say not far from Stoick and Hiccup yet still far enough she couldn’t help hiccup as his back up. They were a team after all. It was quite cute though to see her betrothed so anxious and open like he was right now. Watching from a distance. However she knew that hiccup though timid in some ways he was a force all his own, and that force he wielded as his guide and guide for others to a new future. For the rights of not only people but also dragons. And that always made her heart jump.
