*Choose which essential oil you like better and please be sure you’re not allergic to any ingredients before using them on your body🙌🏼
Take ingredients and mix, preferably in a mortar and pestle (to grind up the herbs into a fine powder that would easily dissolve in your bath) but if you don’t have a mortar and pestle then please do not be discouraged, just know you may have a little more clean up once you’re done🍃
Run the bath water to your liking and swirl the mixed components into the water. You can light some of your favorite candles as well to help calm you just Please use Fire Safety whenever dealing with flames.
