Jack chuckled slightly “Sorry, you just had me so worried.. I guess it got me.. excited” Jack had a slight blush on his face as he pulled on his shirt again.

Astrid looked up at Jack, “cmon let’s go” she said and waved for him to join her as she swung herself up and onto the saddle of her dragon.

Jack chuckled slightly “Sorry, you just had me so worried.. I guess it got me.. excited” Jack had a slight blush on his face as he pulled on his shirt again.

She left his shoes off and walked over giving her a soft kiss “Work hard, I’ll be in the great hall, and I’ll see you at dinner right?” He asked against her lips. his hand going down her arm.

Astrid laughed a bit at his comment. “I’ll keep that in mind” she spoke as she continued to scrub down her family. She Watched jack briefly in silence as he rested in the other side and she smiled a bit to herself he is like a child definitely but he’s not. Not really

jack was seated like he was for the next 15 minutes, about to doze off. He jumped a bit and tooknthe cloth off “okey! time to get up!” he said as he looked over at Astrid.

Astrid had already gotten out and put on her shirt. She was going to wait till she was fully dressed but he awoke before she could wake him. And she snickered. “Relax Jack” She spoke and slid her pants on and brushed her fingers through her hair.

Jack smiled and sawm over and climbed out, grabbing a towel to dry off “im relaxed, totally” he smiled “lets get back to my room, I have a brush there, and we’ll your clothes needs a wash so i’ll let you borrow one of mine”

“I just need a different shirt. I have another pair of pants” she said to him. And looked at him, “I think I will be staying in my own room tonight by the way. If that’s allowed?” She asked slightly teasing him about the captive thing. She waited patiently for him to dress.

Jack sensed the teasing and he walked over and pulled her close “nah! think i need to keep you close when you speak to me with that tone” he teased back before stealing a kiss and let go “You chose where to sleep yourself, but you are always welcome in my bed” he smiled before putting on his belt and opening the door.

Astrid laughed some as she kissed him. She pulled back after and smiles “thank you.” She spoke and kissed his cheek her hand cupped the other side of his face. And then followed him out.

as they walked out and down the hill every star was visible and jack looked up and smiled “its a gorges night tonight… I dont think ive seen the sky this cleare in ages. Hopefully your friends will get in while the sky is like this, will make it loads easier to spot the island” Jack said as he started to walk agsin down the hill and through the village.

once at the big house jack stopped “Oh! I forgot! just a few more days and your hous will be all finished, they just need to do some fineshing touches”

“That’s true it’s quite beautiful. Minus the cold” she spoke when they moved down into the village and he spoke mentioning her new home she smiles “that’s great! Thank you. It’s amazing and I can’t wait” She added. And she looked around at the village huts and people who wandered around or heading home from whatever they’d been doing all day.

jack chuckled “If youbthink now is cold, wait untill winter rolls around! that is cold” Jack held the door open for the big house for her “,I just hope stormfly will enjoy her new stable.. as im sure she is tired of sleeping with the horses”

Astrid smiles and nods in agreement. “She’ll love it! I have no doubts about it” She spoke and nudged Jack before she yawned. She covered her mouth with her hand as she did so.

Jack Jack hugged her close and smiled “Okey off to to bed with you!.. and maybe tomorrow morning we can go for a ride?” he asked a bit gentle.

“My training starts before dawn if you want to come and watch” she said as she walked into his home. She said goodnight and hugged him back before slipping into her own room for the night.

Jack nodded “I want to learn more before.. gettimg mu own dragon”

Astrid had smiled at his statement before she’d disappeared from sight. When she got into her room she’d already spotted the clean shirt if Jack’s on her bed and smiled. She stripped of her current clothes before she slid on his shirt and crawled into bed. It was more fitted to how she was used to it hugged her curves well and it was soft. It hadn’t taken long for her to fall asleep when she snuggled under the furs of her bed

Jack smiled and walked to his room doing the same. He fell onto the bed and covered himself up in the warm softness, smiling to himself. His body felt so good, and he was excited to learn more the next day.

Astrid awoke groggily from her sleep around her usual time. She was tired from yesterday but knew a good warrior never slacked on training. She went to the wardrobe in her room and grabbed her usual blue pants whilst still wearing the almost icy blue top Jack had had set in her room. She put in her boots and her skirt and shoulder guards with the hood she usually wore in the colder months. Binding her wrists in their warm pelted guards. She finished things off with her head band and simply pulling her hair into a ponytail.

Jack woke up at dawn. Usually he would stay in bed for the next few hours, but as he wanted to learn about dragon training he pushed himself up and got out. It was cold but he quickly got dressed in his usual clothes and put a short cloak and walked out to meet up with her in the hallway.

Astrid stepped out after getting dressed feeling much more awake. She looked at jack as he cane down the hall, and began walking so they could walk outside. “Good morning” she teased the tired chief

At first jack yawned, covering his mouth and smiled “good morning” He said, not really noticing the teasing tone.

“You’ll be wide awake in no time I promise you….” she says and within moment she’s outside. She takes in a deep breath of cold air and looked around for a moment before she whistles with her fingers placed between her lips.

Almost in an instant Stormfly barrels over to Astrid and she scratches her Dragon’s sweet spots. Arising a gurgle from the dragon. “You ready girl? We’re gonna have some special training today….” she said in excitement to the beast

“Ok, just get inside somewhere like a store or a building or something and just wait there and I’ll send a someone over.” he told her and then he heard her huff again and he could tell something was wrong, “Jinx, is everything ok?” he asked her worriedly.

“Still being followed I guess.” She speaks to him. And she finds the back door to a store. She moved into the unlocked managers office and hid under the desk. She begins to catch her breath. “Just tell your friend to hurry” she speaks between breathes. She listens in anxious silence for someone or something.
