The school bell rang, loudly throughout the building, causing students to jump from their seats and scramble out of the building discussing plans for later that same day. Angel stood from his seat and made his way out the building. His phone pinged signaling a new message arrived. He sighed and read a message from his mother, “Go buy more beer for your father,” he read aloud. “Like he needs anymore..” Angel put away his phone.

Violet and Elven were in the warehouse like normal. Though Elven was finally making Violet try something new for a change. A cup of water sat on front of her and her hand was hovering over it. She has been sitting there for maybe 2 minutes and she was becoming annoyed all ready. Nothing has happened, and she had no patience, so she ended up slapping the water away.

Elven sighed, “Remember what Xander said? Focus on your loved ones, and you’ll get it.” He smiled as he hummed the song, ‘all you need is love.’

That was when she got mad, and blue flames wrapped around, her hands. She aimed for a crate, and flames shot out at it, causing a very loud boom. Elven gave her a disappointed look, and sighed. He got up so he could clean up her mess.

Angel stopped in his footsteps. He held a 6-pack of beer in one hand and his phone in another. Why should I have to get beer for that asshole..He should be able to get it himself..Angel huffed and threw the beer down on the ground soaking the pavement beneath his feet. He glanced around his surroundings and sprinted toward an unknown winding road. It was empty, soundless, but there was this sense of something watching him in the dimming area. He quickened his pace and saw a warehouse being engulfed by vines. Angel smiled at the building and sneaked around to the opening only to find two strangers behaving slightly strange. “What are they doing,” Angel questioned under his breath trying to stay as quiet as he could.

Violet was a very tall girl and Elven was not. Violet was also rather muscular, so it was not a surprise to see her being able to pick Elven up by the collar of his short. Elven appeared rather frail as well. He was just appeared as a weakling in every way of the word. Violet growled as her normally violet eyes (the reason she was named such) turned blue, as she said, “why don’t you teach me something i can actually do?”

Elven sighed and said, “because you very obviously need to balance out that fire power of yours.” He gestured downwards, where blue flames began lapping arounf her feet.

Seeing the two of them sent shivers down his spine. Angel could feel a strange aura floating around the strangers. He studied their movements carefully and gasped lightly at the flames around the girl’s feet. His body was frozen and his eyes were locked. He was afraid to move, what if they saw him..what would they do to him? Angel’s thoughts raced as he stepped away from the warehouse slowly and carefully to avoid making a noise. PING PING PING! Angel’s phone sounded into the night. He pulled out his cell, quickly trying to turn it off, but ended up answering the call from his mom instead by accident.

“You kid!” Richard shouted referring to Angel. “You are a sneaky one huh? Back in the great wars we had plenty of these. Spies everywhere.” He said and started telling a war story in vivid detail.

Angel blushed brightly as he was called out in front of his classmates. He dropped his head while his eyes stole a few glances at those beautiful wings and that face. The man was obviously not Daniel, but the similarities were uncanny. I kind of wish I could already see him again..Angel found himself staring out the window as the sound around him fell like leaves in fall.

“Now for a demonstration.” Richard took out a revolver and managed to destroy the entire window with a single shot. “I once took down a tank with this thing.” He said as everybody was in awe and the teacher was scared shitless.

Angel’s eyes widened as he was brought back to reality and turned his attention to Richard. His face flushed immediately looking at the man’s face. Angel couldn’t get Daniel out of his head. He checked his phone slyly hoping for some kind of message. “Daniel..” he pouted and scribbled out notes on a piece of paper.

“How’s class?” Daniel said on the window next to Angel “I can see my dad is giving a presentation.” He said looking at the front of the class.

“Yeah, it seems I’ve been zoning in and out…” Angel was staring at Richard and paused. He turned his attention to the window next to him, “D-daniel??” Angel stood up quickly shouting his name. “W-wha are you doing here,” he whispered out as he blushed a bit. “H-how did you get up here??”

Everybody looked at Angel when he shouted and at Daniel on the window. “The gray skin over there? That’s my son.” Richard said referring to Daniel and he entered the room through the window.

Angel blushed lightly looking both of the men over. “He’s your father?” he asked Daniel in a light whisper. “No wonder Richard looked so familiar, what did that woman say again..”him and his family are dangerous ones,” Angel thought to himself, “I guess I could see Daniel’s father being slightly strange, but Daniel doesn’t seem to be anything like that.”

Daniel was in his usual spot sitting on a cafe and trying to find someone to talk. He seemed bored as he sipped his latte and made paper planes with the placemats. The waitresses were already annoyed.

Angel was running. He held tightly onto his bag seeming to be in a rush as he happened upon a cafe. “Oh nooo,” he huffed out trying continue at the same pace. His legs were burning, causing him to slow down, and bend over to catch his breath. “Why did I have to wake up so late,” his words were muffled from his heavy breathing.

Daniel watched the hurried man in interest. He went to the counter. “Give this man anything he wants free of charge.” He said to the cashier and she just nodded.

Angel rushed into the cafe and ordered a light coffee with lots of cream. The boy reached into his bag fumbling around to get his colorful wallet.
“Sir, you don’t need to pay,” Angel looked confused and insisted but the woman just glanced and pointed at the the man near the counter. Angel turned to see the beautiful man and blushed lightly.

Daniel approached him and extend his hand. “Daniel.” He said waiting for the handshake.

Angel’s face turned bright pink and shakily reached out to meet the man’s hand. “I’m Angel,” his voice was soft as his eyes never wavered from Daniel’s eyes. “Um, you really didn’t have to..um you know, the drink thing,” Angel said slightly flustered, forgetting to let go of the man’s hand.

“A friend of mine owns the place so I know he doesn’t mind.” The man said while his eyes glowed like his gray skin on the sun.

“Oh is that so,” Angel asked as he seemed to be mesmerized by Daniel. The color of his skin, and eyes rendered Angel’s mind empty. “Sir! Here’s your drink..umm sir?” The boy shook his head and turned to the kind lady behind the counter and picked up the drink. “Oh um, I’m sorry, I’ve got to go now,” Angel smiled lightly then realized he was still holding onto Daniel’s hand and blushed then let go.

Daniel couldn’t hold and let out a blush as well. “So can I meet you again someday?” He asked still blushing.

“Y-yeah, of course,” Angel blushed, seeming eager in his response. He looked around and took out a pen and wrote down his number on a napkin for Daniel. “Here, just text me or call later or whatever..,” Angel trailed off and held out the napkin to the man trying to hide his blush.

He shyly grabbed the napkin. Suddenly his phone started beeping. “Sorry! I gotta go!” He said quickly leaving the cafe. “You’re the first one to make him blush here.” The attendant said “just a tip. Stay away from him. He and his family are dangerous ones.”

Angel turned toward the woman and blushed, “Really? He for sure doesn’t seem so dangerous. He seems really kind and gentle,” his heart pounded lightly in his chest just thinking about those eyes, those lips, and those hands. Angel shook his head and looked at the time. “Oh my god, I’m gonna be late to class, umm thank you!” Angel ran out the cafe and raced toward his high school. He slid into his classroom only 10 minutes late, but knew he wasn’t going to get off easy this time.

The teacher had an special guest today. The Immortal Angel to tell life tales for history class. The heavily armored and red winged man entered the classroom and struck both awe and fear on the students. He had the same face as Daniel but his skin color was different plus the red wings coming out of his back. “My name is Richard ‘The Immortal Angel’. Major of the second division of the Special tactics. Any questions?” He asked as everybody looked at him.

Angel had sneaked in while the teacher introduced the new stranger. But in the midst of his sneaking his eyes flicked toward the supernatural being in the front of the room. A chill ran down his spine as he listened to the man’s voice. Before he could even sit in his seat his body was already immobilized and frozen. His eyes traced over those red wings then that grey skin all to familiar. “Is that..?” he trailed off under his breath as his back pack dropped to the ground. THUD! Angel quickly and nervously picked up his things and sat in his seat in the far corner next to a window.
