Tooth was in the midst of checking on the fairies and their work and the teeth making sure they were put up safely. Suddenly she heard a crash and looked up. Curious and concerned by what caused the noise.
Joyce had been flying for a century and a half. However, she was still rather clumsy and still ran into things surprisingly often. “Sorry, sorry about that!” Joyce stood up and brushed herself off. “I was just passing through. I guess I got a little taken off guard by the wind.”
Tooth flew over quickly and at the sight of Joyce she showed a expression of shock, but was relieved it was someone harmless in her palace. “Are you alright? Did you hurt yourself?” She asked as she started flying back and forth examining the young woman.
Joyce stood up, a little wobbly still, and brushed herself off. “I’m alright, thanks. This type of thing happens to me all the time… even after almost two hundred years.” She laughed a little at herself.
Tooth raised a feathered brow, “200 years? Who are you?” She asked. Though Tooth has been around longer She was still curious. She knew many others like herself but more so by name then face

The boy was once again swarmed but a whole bunch of fairies, each one wanting to say their goodbyes to the frosty boy. He laughed, accepting their love happily, not realizing how close Tooth really was.
Tooth was entering the palace and baby tooth squeaked and tried to warn Jack that Tooth was here. But the other fairies seemed to have been too much of a distraction.
As Tooth approached she saw the familiar frosty charmer in front of her. She even laughed a little as she noticed all the fairies had decided to swarm him.
Jack couldn’t see or hear Tooth through the loud chirping and mass of shiny, feathered bodies. He was laughing because it actually tickled a little bit. “Guys! Guys!” He chuckled. “I hate to be the bad guy and I love you all, but you have work to do! I promise it shouldn’t be too snowy anywhere tonight!” He said.
The fairies gave final hugs or pecks to jack before they started to disperse and go back to work.
Tooth herself still hovered behind jack, she laughed a little and then finally spoke up, “Hello Jack” she said in her usual sweet voice.
He yelped and whipped around, eyes wide. “O-oh! Hi there! I… uh…. was just coming to visit. I didn’t see you… I was about to leave. I… uhhh… still can if you’re busy?” He asked, cheeks frosting over.
She fluttered around him and smiled softly at him, “hi….” she said with a slight blush on her face. “you came to visit me?!” She asked, “no-no I’m not too busy. I mean unless you’re busy.” She said and still fluttering in excitement. “So did you want to talk or visit? Or just stop by?” She asked. Raising a feathered brow.
Jack bit his lip, a cool wind swirling around him. The wind was urging him on too. “I…. you want to…. go ice skating? Maybe? I get it if you don’t! You’re always so busy!”
Tooth was shocked, her heart fluttered and she smiled brightly. “Is the Jack Frost asking me to go ice skating?” She asked dramatically but laughed. “Id love to, I’ve never been!” She said sweetly and clapped her hands with excitement. She heard the last part and smiled softer, “I can always make time for you Jack” she said in a more calmed and delicate tone.
