Dalton look at her, she was tied to a chair. “Well I don’t really have a good reason to let you go now, do I?” He asked. His eyes looked over the woman before him.
“I guess you have a good point there.” She simply shrugged. “But it’s no excuse for kidnapping me like this.” She narrowed her eyes when she said this. By her next question, she frowned. “They’re know about my race, and they’ll do anything to get their hands on me.”
He did feel guilty about the whole ordeal. I mean human or not she shouldn’t be thrown to the wolves. And as he was about to speak, his phone started to buzz. Answering it he nodded. With no response need from him he ended the call and sighed. “Times up, sorry ma’am” He said with a genuine apologetic tone. As he stood up and walked towards her.
“What’s going on now? Am I being taken to your boss?” Aurora asked him after his phone conversation. She tried not to show fear, but she was feeling it within herself.
He didn’t respond. He’d spoken enough, if they kept chatting he’d probably talk himself into something that’d get them both shot. He simply took a wadded up cloth and pinched her jaw so her mouth would open and stuff the cloth inside. He quickly took duct tape and wrapped it over her mouth and behind her head.
He untied her from the chair. Skillfully enough to do so and not undo her wrists, ankles, and knee bindings. Without a hesitation he was able to lift her over his shoulder and grabbed a duffle bag that’d been by his chair and moved her quickly to his 78 mustang he was keeping out in the back of the abandoned building.
Aurora’s words were muffled when he stuffed the cloth in her mouth and then tape covered her mouth. Being silenced, she couldn’t talk him out of this plan. She was removed from the chair and felt herself being lifted onto his shoulder. She struggled a bit as they were reaching the car, but it wasn’t enough to pull herself free.
When they got to the car he set her down bridal style on the ground next to his back driver side tire. Usually he’d throw people in the trunk, to keep them from seeing where their destination was. He popped open the trunk and started shuffling through stuff. He’d then tossed the duffle in the trunk. In the duffle was all things of his. As well as EVERYTHING, he would or could assume to be a weapon or a device to be used for her escape and tossed it in too. Making sure aside from clothing she had nothing on her.
Seeing her sonic screwdriver and her parents’ pocket watch being tossed into the truck, Aurora’s eyes widen in panic. Now she had no way of using them to get out of these bindings. She would of just scooted or hop away to get to safety, but she knew that she wouldn’t be able to move fast enough by the time he would grab her.
And oh how she was right. When he did he put her over his shoulder once more. And rather then throw her in the trunk, he did close the trunk and walked to the passenger side door. Opening it and carefully sliding her into the seat. He then took out a needle and looked into her eyes. “I apologize. But if you’re riding up here I need to disorient you.” He explained before poking the needle ever so delicately into her neck. Only giving her enough of a sedative/relaxer to mess with her physical funstions but not so much so she’d be completely conked out out.
Aurora let out a muffled grunt as she felt the needle go into her neck. It wasn’t long till she felt her muscles relaxing and she fell back into the passenger seat. It didn’t put her sleep, but it was enough to not allow her to move her body.
He closed the door and then walked around sliding into the drivers seat and within seconds they were speeding onto the highway. “Look, I hope you don’t hate me for this okay?” He asked though knowing all to well she wouldn’t nor could even respond to him.
