Dalton look at her, she was tied to a chair. “Well I don’t really have a good reason to let you go now, do I?” He asked. His eyes looked over the woman before him.

Aurora gasped as he handed back her sonic screwdriver and her pocket watch. Tears filled her eyes. “This pocket watch was given to me by my parents. It’s the only thing I have left.” Without thinking, she hugged him. “Thank you.”

When she hugged him he realized just how much he towered over her in size. But he gingerly hugged her back, “Well I’m glad I kept it in my bag then” he said to her. He noticed the tears and used his thumb to wipe them away.

“You have no idea how much this means to me. I know you took it, but I’m so grateful that you kept this safe this whole time.” She said, then smiled up at him.

He smiled down at her. “I might be a man of money but I’m not so rude as to ruin your things” he teased and hugged her once more.

Aurora hugged him back. “I’m also grateful to have someone with me. I’ve been on my own for so long.”

“Same here, it’s nice. To have someone to talk to.” He responded back. They stayed in the hug for a while.

“I agree.” Aurora replied as she hugged him longer before she gently pulled away. Still smiling at him.

He scratched the back of his neck when she pulled away. And smiled anxiously

“So, shall we go on that site searching?” She asked him with a smile.

He shook out of the daze he was in, looking down at her he nodded. “Yep I’m all yours.” He spoke to her.
