Cyrus worked in Hogwarts, in the Charms departments taking over classes for Professor Flitwick if the poor guy had other things to do. He was one of the recent addition to the Hogwarts staff in the recent years and he had taken on classes before as an understudy to Flitwick. He was also joining with Madam Hootch and Professor Sprout to help with Hufflepuff House’s Quidditch team.
He was informed by Mcgonagall that the new class he was to handle was a pretty prone to loud outbursts and arguments, especially one child, Jackie. He had set himself up in the classroom and used several levitation spells to move books around the classroom, sorting them by alphabetical order in the shelves and along the tables.
By the time he was done, the first few students had begun streaming in. “Ah, perfect, please, take your seats, it’s free seating of course.”
“Oh you definitely will~” He whispered and kissed her again before he made his way back to classes.
Jackie watched as he left and sighed out. Seeing him leave was so breath taking in a way. All the other girls had definitely admitted to thinking he was handsome and Definitely a Wizard worth exploring if they had been old enough. And it made Jackie’s heart race and her lips smiled a bit. It was strange it almost didn’t seem real. She thought.
The days went on, lessons were taught and Cyrus pushed Jackie to the back of his mind until he had to teach her class without her in it. Then he began to miss her. But he focused and taught the classes as per normal until dismissal.
He looked forward to every meal with her in the hospital wing, sharing more intimate moments with her until the day she was ready to be discharged back to school life.
Jackie had finished putting on her uniform and tightened her tie over her long sleeve white button up. She groaned at the idea of heading back to class. Having Cyrus be her romantic secret for the last two weeks had been amazing something out of a dream.
She thanks Madam Pomfrey before she left to head to lunch. Her best friend waited outside for her. The blonde walked out and she sighed “can I-I just say. I-I can’t wait to get b-back to training. And I-I rrreally don’t want t-to go b-back t-to class….” she spoke and the red head laughed. As they stood in the hall.
