The “Rubbing hands together” exercise 

steps

  1. sit in a comfortable position and place your hands together
  2. rub them, until you feel a nice warm. You will then slowly pull your hands apart
  3. In your head, picture a light forming between your hands and strands of light coming from each hand to form into the ball 
  4. picture the light coming from your dominate hand and feeding into your submissive hand.
  5. What color is it? how big is the ball? What do you feel when you picture this?
  6. When you’re done, you merely place your hands back together and picture the energy going back into your hands

“Clapping” exercise 

steps

  1. close your eyes and breath deeply
  2. clap your hands together softly, then picture a ripple effect of color/light coming from your hands after the clap
  3. continue this step, and as you do gradually make the clap stronger and stronger
  4. finish the exercise with one loud clap

“Breath from your Stomach” exercise 

steps

  1. sit down and start to breath
  2. once you’ve properly relaxed, you will picture a large glowing ball in your stomach
  3. with every inhale the ball gets brighter
  4. with every exhale the light spreads throughout your body
  5. continue this, till the ball completely engulfs you

“Watching eyes” exercise

steps

  1. sit down somewhere nice and comfortable, and once you’ve relaxed you can begin
  2. picture yourself standing up from your body and leaving it behind.
  3. walk over to the end of the room, then turn around
  4. look at every detail in the room as much as you can, then observe yourself in great detail
  5. continue this for as long as you can
